Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.
  4. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@rockhillfarm.ca.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@rockhillfarm.ca and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was a gift and not the scent you prefer, we will gladly exchange it for one that suits your preferences, if possible. We understand that gift-giving can be challenging and want to help.
